Vince Di Grazia

Vince knows the meaning of hard work, personal integrity and what it is like to have a dream or vision that you never, never give up on!

Growing up on a farm, Vince was given responsibility at a very young age. Enduring extremely long hours and all types of weather conditions to ensure the family farm delivered its produce on time, customers were kept happy and promises or hand shake agreements always met.

Vince said this early grounding instilled him with a sense of appreciation for hard work, persistence and personal values that set his foundation throughout his adult life.

It is these same values that Vince used when building and establishing South East Real Estate before changing  to join Ray White team.

Vince says, I genuinely care for people and my vision was to provide a real estate agency that reflected those values. I want to assist my clients to achieve goals and provide a positive, supportive environment for colleagues.

I believed by doing the right thing we would grow through sound business ethics and reputation.

To date, most of our business has been through client referrals. It’s a great feeling when we get the results for our clients. Some people may not think that’s a big deal, but believe me, when you can relieve the financial suffering or stress of your client by selling their home’s a great feeling.
